I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. The room was cleaned well but there was always plates etc outside peoples room that stayed there for days at a time. And then a lot of the staff all felt very young and inexperienced. Which...

"Property was nice with beautiful views. Staff was very friendly. Excellent buffet. Provided different restaurant options for dinning. Hotel is on steep hill but they provided transportation to get around properties. Easy check in and check out. "
