"My recent stay at the Shangri-La Dubai for 6 nights during the NY was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an aura of refined elegance. Big fan of the Vietnamese restaurant. Breakfast in the main restaurant was a feast for the senses, with an incredible variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. The Executive Lounge, however, stole the show. The evening cocktails were expertly crafted, and the canapés were divine. My room "4007" was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Without a doubt, I would choose the Shangri-La Dubai again in a heartbeat. The seamless blend of impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, amazing staff and world-class facilities created an unforgettable experience."

"Family of 4, 5 night stay. Staff are friendly and curteous. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. We had a family room which was great. Pool clean and lifeguard on duty. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection, again staff were great. 24 hour shuttle bus, every 30ish mins to and from the airport. Hotel is a bit out of the way but there are free daily coaches running to and from the local malls. We were able to use these to get to metro stations closest to the mall, essential when on a budget. Overall would recommend and would book again. Had a really great stay here."
