"We had a nice stay at Balgownie. We were treated to a complementary wine tasting, the grounds were very nice, the breakfast was excellent and the room (admittedly, we chose the “standard” room) was adequate. The gym was untidy, the AC didn’t work in the gym (nor did the Wi-Fi) and it’s a small gym/pool area. It’s a nice location for exploring the area."

"The hotel is located in the central business district with access to the city tram close. The hotel is high tech and they do not tell you about any of it. We purchased breakfast then had a flight time change that made the second day unusable. We missed out on the full breakfast options the first morning because we did not notice the QR code sticker on the table top which allowed you to order eggs/omelettes the way you want them. The QR code is easy to miss and no one points it out. The coffee...
