"Great hotel, in the middle of a rice field."

"Nice hotel with many great features Rooftop terrace with sweeping views Modern Building, rooms, and fixtures. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Balconies. Efficient AC. Pool. Scooter parking. Elevator. Attentive front desk, with access to many tours, and transports. The only issue i had during my stay was the laundry for hotel linens as well as guest clothing is consistently musty, perhaps a problem with a machine. "

"All the staffs are super friendly and nice. Everything is super clean and smell fresh. The food at the hotel restaurant is really good and reasonably price. The location of the hotel at the riverside is perfect. We will definitely be staying longer when we return to Vang Vieng, Laos next time. The only complain I have is, the tall trees at the swimming pool blocks the view of sun set from our room."

"The front staffs were really friendly professional for young staff,very helpful and great smiles all the time. The only thing i would change is the shower part,it need a door or something to nlock water all over bathroom floor. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. Everytbing was great. "Loved the pool on the 2nd floor lots of great sun exposure but they need lounge chairs to relax on while sunbathing or just relaxing. Only have tables with full bench seats, bo place to lay down. Also provide some umbrellas for those who want to sit outside under some shade. This is a really new hotel and I believe they will provide in the near future, a work in progress as a matter of fact they haven't finished installing the lights on the wall next to your bed. "Die Frontseite des Hotels ist gerade (Jan 2024) eine Baustelle, wird sich aber wahrscheinlich bald ändern. Die Rückseite zum Fluss offenbart eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Fluss, der an dieser Stelle leichten Wildwasser-Charakter hat. Wir fühlten uns ein bisschen wie in Slowenien an der Soca, herrlich. Das Frühstück wurde uns an den Bungalow gebracht, schön wäre es gewesen, man hätte es geschafft, mit uns die Uhrzeit hierfür zu vereinbaren. Die Englisch-Kenntnisse des Personals waren leider...

"What a stunning place to stop... Beautiful beach front room with private patio are. Room was very large and loved the bathroom overlooking a small private planted courtyard. the view across the lake from the pool is amazing and a great place to relax. food was very good and the spa massage was also very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had the inclusive package which was amazing value for what we paid"

"Two sides to this hotel. One side, a nice hotel with good size rooms, clean, decent swimming pool, friendly staff (for Laos), located generally away from the noisy town centre and lovely views of limestone karsts. Kop Jai who worked at the hotel was very helpful to try and resolve where possible the issues we had. Other side and points to be aware of.
