"Nice hotel but patio doors were broke and could not access balcony "

"Beautiful interior, very comfortable stay and super friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast - everything you need. Only thing that would make it even better is a mini fridge in the bedrooms :) absolutely staying again! "

"Good property, spacious room and comfortable beds. We were in a King Suite which was comfortable but oddly laid out. Main light controls were in 402 but we were told 401 and our key only works for that door, so we had to stumble through to find them. Room overly hot. Keys stopped working when we came in at 130am, had to call night manager twice to get in our room. Breakfast - basic fare, bacon and pancakes were overcooked and hard. Worth the room rate but improvements could be made."

"The location right on Swansea Beach was perfect in December and I am sure it will be even better in the summer. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect from a Marriott and the staff were lovely - especially the lovely lady who seats you for breakfast! My only warning would be there was an extra £10 charge for parking added which I was not expecting. You would struggle to find cheaper in that location, I imagine, but I just was not expecting it."

"We had a really lovely large room which was much appreciated. Great location for shops, restaurants. some initial problems with parking which was quickly resolved. This was our second stay at the Novotel. Would stay again "

"Lovely staff. Really nice hotel. View from window was amazing. Breakfast was brilliant. The only thing I would say what needs improving is the bathrooms a little updating. Room 506. Tiles seem a bit dated and could do with a good ( ones on side of bath joining to the floor) clean. Apart from that room was lovely. "
