"After a canceled flight, we arrived close to midnight, but Jen made our check-in effortless with her friendly, fun energy. She welcomed us into the warm, chic lobby, where we enjoyed a cocktail, and we were quickly settled in. Our stay was perfect—the beds were comfortable, and while the rooms were small as expected, they were impeccably clean. Drew checked us out and was a cheerful bookend to our two-night stay in Seattle."
