Make sure that you check your emails carefully as you will need instructions for late check in even if arriving at 14.00. I do understand reason.Tried to explain that Aus has national privacy law agst collecting/keeping personal info esp credit card info, their practice was actually violation. Owner got aggressive, insisted that is their policy and wanted to throw us out without listening. Didnt understand nor stop what he was doing to listen. "We visited for a mini break for Christmas this year as CBC would be an all time favourite hotel for me having visited around 6 times since the 1990's in this remote area. The staff were great 10/10 but the resort is looking a bit tired and we were really disappointed no Christmas lunch was offered which we would have been happy to pay for.
