"The whole stay was great for my family. Only low part was the conditions of the villa we stayed in. Mould buildup and certain areas were stained like the vanity in the main bedroom and also stains on the bathroom mirror. Other than that. The facility had really good customer service and very friendly staff especially under the pump of other guests staying there. They had a tour desk right on site where you could book tours wherever. "If you stay on the mainland in Fiji, this is great because it is close to the airport and the marina. From the marina, we took two boat trips to other islands. One was the Whale Tail full day excursion which we highly recommend. Breakfast was included and outstanding. Food at the restaurant was outstanding. This is a family friendly hotel. If you are traveling for a romantic getaway, pay extra to stay in the all adult “beach club” side. Well worth it"
