One of the best Modern-Boho styled homes in the neighborhood, just a quick walk to downtown Ferndale & near restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores-a perfect and cozy sanctuary for travelers.

This newly renovated home is full of charm, with two beds and comfy bedding, one bath, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cozy living area, work-from-home friendly with high-speed internet, a private fenced in back yard with a large deck and fire pit, and a driveway + garage for two cars.

**ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. This cozy space is meant for a relaxing, comfortable stay.**

All of our bedrooms feature premium mattresses with down-alternative comforters, nightstands with reading lights, large closets, and ample outlets.

Bedroom 1: queen sized bed with large closet, a comfortable desk for working and blackout curtains.

Bedroom 2: full sized bed with large closet, stylish decor and blackout curtains.

Kitchen: Thoughtfully renovated with gorgeous marble countertops and a white tiled backsplash, fully stocked with pots, pans and all the essentials you need to cook a full meal. Extra appliances include a blender, hot water kettle, toaster and even a waffle maker! The kitchen has a high-top table that comfortably fits four people.

Living Room: The living room is full of style and comfort! The couch is stylish and perfect for lounging. The smart TV and sound bar allow you to fully enjoy anything you'd like on Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. Or you can grab a book or game off the shelf to enjoy.

Bathroom: The bathroom is updated for comfort and cleanliness. Great shower pressure, cozy towels, hair dryer, and all the bath essentials you need.

Cozy Cottage in Ferndale
This property is exactly as described. Highly recommend. A cozy cottage in a working class neighborhood. Quiet. Peaceful. Close to I-75 for adventures downtown or exploring the many restaurants and shops in Ferndale. The bed was so so comfy! 👏❤️This place has everything you need, and nothing you don’t.

A very nice alternative to the local hotels, especially if you like a little extra space and separate bedrooms for family members or friends. One suggestion: it was a little difficult to see the house number at night.

My bucket list is to visit all 30 MLB Ballparks preferably when the Philles are playing. Our stay in this cozy home was everything we anticipated and more. House was very nice with updated kitchen, original hardwood floors and 2 spacious bedrooms with super comfy beds. Location was quiet, but walking distance to several nice restaurants. With a fenced in backyard for our dog, and a short Uber ride to Comerica Park to see a baseball game we couldn't have made a better choice. Check in with Christine was so easy and she truly made our stay a 5 star experience. If you are looking to visit the Detroit Metro area, you need to stay here.

We loved this beautiful home. We enjoyed a fire and cooked out. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our dog enjoyed being able to roam the fenced in yard. Very clean as well. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was clean, and comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything you need. Additionally it’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood that’s not far from lots of fun restaurants and bars and other great spots! The hosts were courteous and attentive but not overbearing. I really enjoyed my stay.
