I realize that it's likely unavoidable at some point but the first room did not look the cleanest and after being in it for awhile, the bed bugs came out and not just a few. This is unacceptable. When I informed the desk (via photo), he immediately changed our room but we probably transported some of the things with us and now they'll be in my house. Thanks.

I had hair in my bed when I walked in, the covers were not neat under the mattress. It just felt really dirty. It was not clean on the outside, the doors were filthy. I was not satisfied at all! The staff was over friendly and I loved that!!

Worst stay ever! Dirty bathroom, dirty towels, no toilet paper, couldn't get service. Another customer had a broken TV and bugs in his room. REFUND!!!!

It wasn’t bad but it could be A LOT better. The bathroom was filthy . The bed sheets could be cleaner and the hotel rooms could smell NICER. And not like smoke or Ass.

When we arrived at the property it appeared as it had not been maintained for weeks. The items in the room were broken, missing and in disarray. The rooms did not reflect the pictures on the website. When complained about the non working items the desk clerk appeared to become agitated when coming to investigate. We had to move rooms two more times before settling for the substandard connection. Room #2 smelled like smoke and the that room had the same broken items as #1, room #3 Is the room we settle on it smelt like marijuana. My grandson refused to shower or change and sleep in his travel clothing for fear of the unknown and not feeling safe.

First issue I went to check in and they had given my room away so I had to pay more for the room they had available (mind you I just drove 7 hours to even get there and I called ahead to confirm my reservation and to let them know that I wouldn’t be arriving until after 12 because I got a later start then I originally planned and they assured me that my reservation and room would be available) ok no biggie, I pay the money and get the keys he tells me where the room is I drive around and go to it as soon as I opened the door there was a strong stench coming out of there so I check the bathroom tub disgusting proceed to check the bed and before even pulling the blankets back there are stains and hairs on the blanket pull the sheets back and not only were the sheets dirty but the mattress was so filthy and disgusting it should’ve been thrown out. I go back to the front desk and tell him about it he gets irritated and says well I don’t know what you want me to do you can stay there or not because I don’t have any other rooms available so my husband steps in and says we’ll can you give us our money back he hesitates and the proceeds to give it back so by this time it’s close to 1 am so we were stuck trying to find another hotel at 1 in the morning thankfully we did and enjoyed our weekend get away.
