The stylish and modern living area is situated on the ground floor of the property and consists of a 1-large sofa and 1 dining room table (to seat 4 people) with a garden view. The room also contains a large Smart TV.

Bedroom 1: First floor bedroom has a double bed with a built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2: First floor bedroom has 2 single beds that can be connected to make 1 double bed with a built-in mirrored wardrobe
BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1: Located on the first floor and contains a fitted bath
Bathroom 2: Ensuite shower room to the Master Bedroom

This property contains a ground floor WC.
OUTDOOR FEATURES:
A good sized garden including a patio seating area at the front, perfect for an evening aperitivo.
