"No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but had no problem. No sign or address on property so very had to even find. Had to ask strangers for assistance to point it out. I wouldn't stay there again. But feel free to take your own chances....

"Everything was smooth. The management was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was clean and the cabin was cool and fresh. They provided us with Candles and creams as well to repel the flies. There is a market in this community that has everything very interesting market. I bought lamb chops and steak and chicken liver and bbq in front of the cabin. We had a nice time with kids. "

"The apartment is well designed and comfortable. We stayed in an apartment on street level which was quite odd and a bit noisy, but overall convenient for our need. The service was quite poor and we couldn’t get enough towels even after we notified them that we need more"

"The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. "

"I wasn't sure where to stay to visit the Dead Sea, and I did not want to stay at a resort. This place was amazing!!! It was quiet, COMFORTABLE, easy to find, and quality service. It was very quiet street with easy parking. I wish I was staying in the area longer because this was perfect. I stayed in many placed in Israel and this place was the best."

"If you want a special desert experience, this is it. There are no frills and it’s like camping in a cabin. Yet this is such a unique accommodation with an exotic camel-inspired theme. "It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. To get to the sea the stairs/steep path may be tough for the elderly. It is reasonably close for others. Parking can be tough to find that is close. The dining room got a bit crowded, and not all the drinks were available. No instant decaf coffee was provided in the room. "

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

"This property is all inclusive great for kids. There are ices drinks and shows at night which kids love and will keep them busy the entire day which helps when adults want to go and enjoy the resort a little bit on their own. I definitely would recommend for families."
