Great views by the dam. Family friendly
Family weekend over July 4. Nice big yard for fireworks viewing and corn hole etc. kept our boat at cedar port right around the corner. It was a pretty easy weekend.

Large and comfy
A group of friends and I stayed for a Birthday trip. The host had good communication and was responsive to our needs. The shore line is rocky, so make sure you have water shoes!

Wonderful!
Such a nice property! Nice flat walk to the water, the kids had a blast building with the rocks on the beach. The views from the house are amazing! Plenty of places to sit and sleep. Comfy beds! We’ll definitely be back when the water is warm!!

Fishing trip
Staying at the house was nice! Had issue getting in because the code changed when they changed PM company. House was clean except for the some dishes. Had to clean several to use. The bbq grill did not work properly and needs to be removed. House had maintenance issues to include having a large pot underneath kitchen sink to catch water from leaking drain pipes. Was awesome being able to go out the back door and go straight to the water to fish! Exactly what I wanted! Fyi, for those fishing off the bank, it’s very rocky.

This is my 2nd year in a row to stay in this home with a group of friends. Owner was very accommodating. Upstairs AC went out and she had someone there within the hour to fix it. The house is beautiful as well as the lake view. Great neighbors as well! We will be back again.

Look no further!
If you are looking for a home to enjoy all that Disney has to offer this is it! We had room for 3 trucks and trailers plenty of room for Side by Sides and could drive right to the trails. The house was very clean, stocked with a coffee bar and ice maker. Beds were very comfortable. So much room to relax. When I see pictures like these I often wonder how doctored they are. Not in this house. You get what you see and more! Host was very responsive and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Very quite, and relaxing.
Home nearly sits on the water, and has plenty of backyard for outdoor activities. Beautiful lake views from the second story bedroom, and lake views from each room. House was clean and welcoming, and we even got to cook hamburgers with the gas grill that's on the back deck. Spent a couple nights here and left feeling refreshed. The home owners were very hospitable as well, and even had a fire pit set up close to the water. We enjoyed some s'mores, and the outdoors we would definitly stay here again. Also evolve made it easy to set up our stay here.

Grand Lake in Disney
The property was very clean and had a spectacular views. The contact person was very pleasant and helpful. There was just a few ideas or suggestions we would like to leave to make it even better than it was. There was not a large enough supply of towels for eight people or considering if you went swimming. We did have a washer and dryer available but the dryer took 4 - 50 minute drying attempts to get dry. The dryer got hot just it was like to humid in the dryer to dry. We did ask if the grill was charcoal or gas and they responded quickly however, the grill was a flat top grill and rusted. We did use the grill but cooked in aluminum pans. We was expecting a normal grill but we was still able to use. So you may want to clarify about the grill better on the site. Upon arrival the house it was not very cool and it was hot outside that day it took the units a bit to compensate so maybe cool down earlier. IF you could supply a nice covered area outside with a fire pit maybe would be nice so you could sit outside with bigger groups. The only other concern was there is only one set of doors in the back of the house and it was thru one of the bedrooms. If you could add another outside access area in the back not thru the bedroom would be fantastic. We would certainly rent her again but thought a few suggestions would take it over the top.
