"Amazing calm and quiet friendly house lots of space for family to enjoy I would definitely recommend this house because it’s big comfortable and beautiful however there is no washroom body wash and shampoo to take a shower so you have to bring your own soaps and the check out time was a little bit early and it was 10am it should be 11am"

"Quiet neighborhood close to WEM and easy access to main road. Lots of space for our group of 4, with everything we needed for our weekend trip. No kitchen but well stocked kitchenette. Clean. Comfortable beds and rooms. Nice living space with enough space and seating for our group. Lots of street parking available. "

"8 ladies stayed here for a girls weekend and shopping. The house was spotless and very big. There are multiple rooms to hang out in and having 3 1/2 bathrooms was a plus. The host was quick to reply to any messages and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again when I'm in Edmonton."

"Our stay was good, only thing I didn’t like was the first night there was no air mattress. Notified the manager and was delivered the next morning.👍 The entrance is a split entry and the people upstairs have access to this space. Super comfy beds and very clean. "

"Second time renting this house when visiting Edmonton. Such a beautiful quiet location."

"This place was a comfy basement suite with a separate entrance. I stayed here with just my cat and me; however, there are three beds. If something is wrong, the host is easy to approach and will solve the problem quickly. The area is quaint, near many grocery stores and good places to eat. It's also close to the highway, so it's easy to get there or head somewhere else. The basement is cool during the hot summer days. They have kids, and sometimes they make noise; I don't think it's a big deal....

"I picked this property for its perfect cleanliness rating because I have impossible standards. This is a cozy little house on the outskirts of town where myself and three colleagues/friends held a weekend writing retreat. Having four bedrooms was great as it ensured everyone had a room. "Overall, a great stay, the advertising is exactly what see. The place was easy to find, very quiet. We felt right at home, loved the open concept, beds were very comfy, plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to top it off, oh and the choices that were available with the tv, amazing!
