"Beautiful property, the room was very nice also with good quality of food. On the other hand, the service can definitely be improved for a 5 stars hotel, such as massages for 2, welcoming message, taxi service. Too expensive for what it is, need some improvement but we had a great time there"

"Beautiful setting, very remote and high altitude. Weather was so much cooler than the south . Long trousers and Jumper recommended for evening and morning. Rain coat f you are doing hikes . We had a super time here , staff were outstanding and the level of detail was perfect. Hot water bottle in bed at night was so welcoming. Two nights to chill. Full board , all drinks , snacks all great with a lovely afternoon tea by the infinity pool. "

"What a dream this place is. Fantastic stay that felt like we were welcomed into a home of warm friends. Food was perfect, stay was perfect, view and massages perfect as well. perfect place for some rest and rejuvenation. "I adored my stay here.. I felt cared for, safe and pampered. They have a no alcohol policy/ but provide delicious tea.. so though I’m in Bali right now, I want to stick to the healthy few days I had at Anasa. The spa was magnificent.. Nathan provided hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely recommend staying here! I know I will again sometime soon"
