"On the night that I stayed the tv didn’t work because Direct TV satellite had gone out at the hotel. The girl from the front desk came up to the room and tried to reset it but it didn’t work. She said that Direct TV told her every tv would have to be reset individually. When that happens you need to have them send a technician to do that not the front desk. And the bathroom sink was slow to drain."
