"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...

"The house has a quirky layout making the most of its perfect location next to the sea. Beach is beautiful and a v short walk over the rocks. Amazing sunsets. Gloria and her team were great. It all made for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday :)"

The pool was perfect, a bit cold but we were there in Sept. all recommendations (restaurants, boat tours, grocery store) Cinzia suggested were wonderful. "Our host Cinzia was very personal, helpful and attentive. The villa occupied a stunning location close to the beach, a fabulous deli/ supermarket, a bar where we enjoyed coffee and croissants each morning and a pizzeria/ fish restaurant where we dined a few times. Best of all perhaps were the many wonderful local Sardinian people who helped to make our stay so utterly pleasurable. We loved the villa and it’s various outdoor terraces and our swims in the sea, both early morning and late afternoon...
