"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
