"I shared a room with my friend for three nights, but we never received room service. I don't think the cleaning staff understood English very well, because we did ask them to take our trash out but that didn't happen while we were in our room. We told them to come back to provide room service when we went to breakfast, but that didn't happen, either. I think it was language barrier, though, because the breakfast person and front desk person were excellent. "
