"This hotel was conveniently located to shopping, Farmers Market and dining choices. The shower was nice as well as a comfy bed-pillows not so much. The desk employees were cordial, however, after a valet assisted with transferring our luggage to the cart he did not offer to deliver it to our room as other hotels always do. My biggest disappointment was the pool being repaired & closed all 3 days during our stay-this was the main reason I booked this hotel so might be good idea to phone ahead if...

"The staff really makes this hotel the Joule in the crown of Dallas. Gorgeous building, staff were amazing and people were all round lovely. They left me a welcome note in my room which I thought was a lively touch. Exceptional hotel, upgrade on arrival, and food was great in both restaurants. I was looked after from the beginning to end. Thank you to all staff for looking after me. Hopefully get a another chance to stay in the summer time."
