"We had a nice stay at this location. The room could have been a little cleaner (bathroom area, stains on couch pillow). The treadmills in the gym did not work well (incline did not go up on any of them, one of the 3 didn't turn on). Buffet breakfast was great! Nice variety and hot. General bathrooms were clean. Staff was very pleasant. Location was great for what we desired to do. Valet parking was nice. "

"First Fairmont i have ever seen that failed to meet my standards. Room was not thought through - had to climb under the table to charge laptop; had to climb there again to turn off the lamp. There was no drinking water in the room despite a coffee machine. Breakfast order on door knob was not picked up. Restaurant was understaffed for breakfast (took some time to find the host) and the front desk was empty. "
