"We stayed at the Arc from Nov. 15th to the 16th. Hassan, the concierge (I believe) was the highlight of our stay. What a delight! He has excellent customer service, great sense of humour, so polite and pleasant. He was incredibly helpful as well. I had no cash on me and we were behind schedule for leaving, I wanted to leave a cash tip for him because he left a lasting impression to me and my family. I feel like you don't see service like this or personality in staff like this in many places these days. I'll be back to Ottawa and will make a special stop to make sure I deliver on that tip! Thank you Hassan! Great job at representing Arc Hotel!"
