"Overall the stay was good. I knew it was a historic hotel so I always have an open minded view of what to expect. Everything was good with the exception that the room that I stayed in was the first room (Room 108) as you enter the hallway from the lobby. You can literally hear everything happening in the lobby. There's a small kitchen and a coffee shop right there. That was the only issue. "

"The furniture looked and felt like old Good Will vintage. The bed was uncomfortable. What looked to be a sofa cushion was blocked by railings and couldn’t be used. The shower was a trickle of water. The pool that appears in the picture was dirty and blocked by fencing. The outdoor furniture was old, dirty and uncomfortable. The food was of poor quality. The excellence award at the front entrance is not applicable. The housekeeper was pleasant and helpful."
