Cozy camp located in Elk County

Located on a 1 acre lot. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen upstairs with an open kitchen and living room. The living room has a TV and a sectional. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed and there is a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a tub. The bottom entrance has a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and single on top and a queen bed is in the room also.

Cleanliness
The house is not being adequately maintained between visitors. Upon arrival, we observed that the bathroom exhibited signs of poor cleanliness, with hair and other undesirable residues(urine & boogers) present on the sink, tub, and shower. Additionally, the sheets appeared to be unwashed, and the floors had not been properly swept throughout the house. I do not recommend this place until the owner corrects the issue with the housekeeper.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately there were cleanliness issues with the property. The downstairs area is a garage with walls put up to make a bedroom, which is fine. However there were a lot of spider webs around. We used 2 of the beds, and the sheets did not appear to be washed. 5 pillow cases were checked and were without a doubt not washed between rentals.

We enjoyed our stay. The internet was easy to access, and happy it had a walk in shower. We only used the upstairs, and there was plenty of room for two people. I would stay again.

Quiet retreat
My husband and had the opportunity to stay a long weekend in July. We had a wonderful time! Although there are houses nearby, the property is tucked back in and nestled into the woods. The house is a simple retreat perfect for the two of us and our dogs!

Family reunion
We had a family reunion 5 minutes from this property. I needed a place with a kitchen as I was cooking several things for our reunion. This property met our needs quite well. Our only complaint would be the beds downstairs. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable at least for adults. They might be ok for young children. The bed upstairs was very comfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Overall as expected- simple but fine for our purposes. We had problem with wifi and had to use our own hotspot. It would have been nice if owner had cleaned out fridge space- Nothing that was a deal breaker - Basement room was simple and the space heater sure helped It was as described overall Thank you- we enjoyed our stay Pretty view

Had a great weekend of R&R and Elk viewing at this property that is close to Benezette Visitor Center yet the perfect distance away to just rest away from all the tourist activity. The home was comfortable, clean and had what we needed for a home away from home getaway. Very nice yard to relax and watch for wild life. We plan on returning for a longer stay to sit around the property and watch for wildlife as it rained quite a bit over the weekend we stayed. Another plus was that there is a Walmart just 15 mins away. Great property for Nature lovers to enjoy staying any Season of the year. So much to do in this area. Host was very pleasant and answered any questions we had.

Great Place
This place was close to trout streams and elk viewing areas while still being far enough away from the many tourists. Beds were comfy, the water stayed hot while 2 showers were running, and it has easy access and privacy of the property. Thanks for the stay!

Awesome location
We were in the area for an extended family party in St. Mary's. Perfect location. Love that it's pet friendly, as my daughter had her dog in the downstairs unit. Comfy bed, beautiful setting. No elk sightings but wrong time of year. We'll be back next year!!!

Great place to unwind !
Camp Gaga was an excellent choice for my family. This was a very quiet neighborhood despite 36 hrs of rain we still had a great time. Elk on the mountain every morning to see. One morning they walked in the back yard. The camp was well stocked, clean and cozy. The only bad thing was my stay wasn't long enough. We will be back ! The Swick Family

elk trip
great location. convenient to elk visitor center and viewing areas. was able to see 3 bull elks every morning out front window on mountain across from house. needed binoculars to see them best but it was nice. was able to walk dog up back yard thru woods. we could not get the jets to work in the tub and there were no instructions anywhere to refer too which i would say is the worst of it. it was late so didnt want to bother owner with a text. also had to turn up the hot water tank and didnt realize that until 1st morning. otherwise, place was a wonderful visit and very comfortable hope to go back again and will probably book again if available.

"We had a great stay! Cozy main floor with an additional bedroom downstairs that was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people and that view of the meadow !!! We watched elk every day! Close to St. Mary's , Benezette , Clearfield and Dubois. Looking forward to returning for the big RGS Upland Bird Hunt in Jersey next year.

Nice place for lodging and amenities for our 2 day stay. We saw elk in the Benezette area.
Nice place and had all the amenities for our needs and stay...they have a soaking jetted massage bathtub...great for minor aches and pain soothing at the end of the day. We didn't see any elk at the property but saw many elk in the Benezette area during our 2 day stay. This property is very close to elk viewing areas if you do not see any at the property site, which was nice for us as we have been "young a long time" and don't like night driving. You won't be disappointed with this property!

We really liked the location. The purpose for our trip was to see Elk and this was very close to the action. The upstairs was inviting and spacious. Everything we needed was there. The second bedroom being downstairs, which was a separate entrance, was a bummer but we managed.

We enjoyed our little get away weekend here. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. We didn’t see any wildlife, but it was nice just hanging in the yard, grilling and watching our daughter and dog run around. We had no service (which was actually kinda nice) but the wifi worked great for us!

Property was a little farther from the Visitors Center than we thought but did serve our needs. Thought it odd that the second bedroom/bath could not be accessed from the main house. You had to go out, down the steps and then enter the garage. We did see elk in the neighbors yard however. Overall the weekend was enjoyable.
