"Mustafa is a great host. Location is easy to reach by metro and tram. The only negative issue is a balcony situated in one of the dormitory room where guests smokes while other sleeps. Overall it's a friendly place situated at 10 floor in a nice neighborhood. "

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"I liked that the property allowed pets and was a large space. However, I am appalled that there was no hot water during our stay. We spoke with the manager Saturday morning and were told that we needed to turn the water heater. When we checked, the switch was on, but both bathrooms did not have hot water. When we were leaving on Sunday, we expressed our concerns about the stay. We asked to contact the manager, but we were told that we needed to contact Expedia. We need some form of compensation....

"The listing mentioned many amenities Missing ones were a hairdryer Slippers And a bath robe Towels were provided once We had to wash and reuse Apartment sleeps 5 Silverware and cups only accommodate 2 Toilet paper only 2 rolls for 5 days We had to buy many things Place was new nice and clean though"

"Very safe and luxurious home-like feel, great communication, service and room amenities. Bathroom conditions should be improved like installing a fan to prevent mold formation and better handle inside the walk-in shower to avoid getting trapped. Overall I would stay here again and recommended to others. "
