"There were a few issues I had whilst staying at the hotel. I had no hot water so the first shower was freezing cold. However as soon as i reported it someone came and fixed it. The next thing was access to my room. The key card intermittently worked and then on final night did not work altogether which being late at night was not something you want to wait for security to then come and fix it. However there is alot of good parts for instance the staff are very warm, respectful and courteous....
