"me and my partner went in and the place was run down the room was dirty the door was stiff wouldn't shut the window was cracked the pillows was ripped the toilet was needing a good clean me and my partner were lucky to book something else wee walked out couldn't stay there the owner stayed in the house next door were wee got the key it was very disappointing put it this way doesnt look like whats in the pictures showing on line a wouldn't recommend this place to anyone stay clear ...."

"We stayed in the CRM suite which was absolutely beautiful looking out to the park opposite. The room was huge and had absolutely everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was adequate in quantity and delicious. Even the berries on the yoghurt were fresh not like the wet defrosted slush you'll get at one of the big hotels. "Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. "Absolutely fantastic - an incredibly beautiful property in a lovely quiet street. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host.
