"First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night. "I stayed at room 208, the room seem like its been abandoned for ages. Mold growth on the ceiling and wall corners , curtains are dirty, no TV remote, no shower gel, have to wait for towels. Let alone the fact that I chose an option of a breakfast and paid extra yet the hotel does not provide breakfast"

"What a lovely experience. Fairway Guesthouse was sublimely superb. As a location with an absolutely stunning view of the golf course overlooking the sea and Durban cityscapes, as well as the absolutely wonderful friendly service, that simply made us feel home away from home.
