"Upon arrival we were met by the friendly receptionist who took us to our room and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The room was modern , comfortable and spotlessly clean . The hotel is ideally placed in the middle of Ripon and free parking was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent . The breakfast in the morning as superb . I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely visit again for a day at Ripon races "

Easy to get the keys and check in, not much communication needed prior to arrival. The place was clean, warm and modern with everything you needed for a short or longer stay.
