"The property is currently being renovated. The rooms are updated and very clean. The location is great for shopping and restaurant options, off of I-75. The breakfast could be improved quality wise. Also the reception is a plus but the appetizer options were only chips and salsa/cheese sauce and veggies. They used to serve better options like delicious hummus and chips. The margaritas were a hit! I will continuing staying in Estero and Embassy will always be on the list. "

"The hotel was clean and in a very convenient area. Everything you need is around the hotel. The night shift employee at the front desk Yolanda was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive. She made the check in process very smooth with no issues. Anything we needed, she didn’t hesitate to help us or provide us with."

"When in ft myers this is my go too hotel. It’s quiet and in a great location very clean! Front desk staff are very attentive! Love their little snack shop although didn’t use it it seemed to have a great variety of things . Hot tub was clean and hotel provides nice towels for use of the pool and hot tub. Live the fire places too! Keep up the great work we will be back. Probably my 3 rd or 4 th time staying . It’s worth every penny!"

"I stayed here for a business stay for two nights. I paid with Expedia then the hotel charged me almost $1000 on a separate charge. I called and spoke to the manager. Doesn’t seem like she is well experienced. This should have never happened. She stated that they are a newer hotel so things like this happen. Never staying here again. "

"Stay was good, the elevator needs serviced, and the guest laundry needs the dryer fixed, had to pay to run the cycle twice to get my load dry… did total of 4 loads over the week we stayed.. probably should have went to a laundry mat for instead. Saw a couple small cockroaches also, please call an exterminator. "
