"Had a great weekend at the Sydney Hilton. The location was central, and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety. We booked an executive room and requested an upgrade, but instead received cocktail vouchers for my birthday. The executive lounge, however, was disappointing. I expected better, based on experiences at other Hiltons. Overall, a lovely stay with room for improvement for executive lounge. "

"For what we paid I wish we stayed somewhere else. It was nice enough and beds were comfortable but the room was dark. I was staying here the day before the wedding and there was four of us, not enough robes, towels etc … the staff were pleasant. I guess I was expecting it to be a lot better considering the cost and as it was the day before my wedding. "

"We stayed at Hilton surfers paradise during Cyclone Alfred, in fact with flight cancellations we are still staying at the Hilton. They’ve been absolutely amazing, we came over for my son’s 9th birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter which staff we dealt with they were awesome! They went above & beyond for my son’s birthday!! I would recommend the Hilton to everyone!! We have a 3 bedroom apartment for the 5 of us (4 Adults, 1 child) it’s an amazing set up and has worked...
