"We had an amazing time at this resort! The staff were very helpful and kind. Housekeeping cleaned up our room and gave fresh towels without asking, the staff at the restaurants were very good and made sure you had everything you needed. The food was good! There were some things that were not very good but that’s to be expected. I’m a very picky eater and never had a hard time finding something to eat. The only thing that was more difficult was the language barrier. Most of the staff spoke English, but we did have a few miscommunications. Again, that’s to be expected in a Spanish speaking country. Another thing is that there definitely aren’t enough chairs around the pool. People throw their towels on them early in the morning and never end up sitting in them but you can’t move their stuff. Unfortunately, if you want a chair at the pool you have to do the same thing. Another thing to be prepared for is that the showers don’t have doors. It’s just half of a wall, and if you’re not standing under the water, it’s freezing! Not sure what’s up with that design but it wasn’t the end of the world for us. Melvin at the front desk was amazing! He gave us a room upgrade for a great price and it was well worth it. We had an amazing view and balcony and our room was very clean when we arrived. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!!"

"We have stayed at Majestic Elegance 4-5 times in the past and were very pleased, so we decided to try staying at the Mirage property. We are glad we did, it exceeded our expectations. We booked a swim-out adult club room and we couldn't have been happier. Amazing staff is always around if you have any questions or need anything. Plenty of food choices. We were not that impressed with the Italian restaurant, but liked the steakhouse, and Japanese. We have stayed at Serenade All-Suites, Dreams Punta Cana (now called Wyndum Alltra) and Bavaro Princess and Majestic resorts are much better (our opinion). We will be back next year for sure! "

"We had a wonderful 7 days at this resort. The property was very clean, the pools and beach great, the staff was excellent and the restaurants were wonderful. We especially loved the presentations of the desserts and fruit areas in the buffet restaurant. Very well done. The night life is a little low key for adults and a nightclub for adults would of been great, offering comedy, live music and karaoke. Many other resorts we have been too offer this and makes for a wonderful evening after a day in the sun. Kudos to the lazy river as this was our daily place to be. Our only complaint was being blind sided on arrival day that we were being invited to breakfast the following morning to receive some gifts because we booked through Expedia which we always do. After meeting our rep the following morning I questioned him if this was a timeshare or vacation club presentation. He claimed it was a vacation club. I immediately told him we were not interested as we had a similar situation years ago and that we would never do one of those again. He understood and we went on our way. Other than this we had a great time and would highly recommend this resort. Thank you Bob & Laurie"

"This was a wonderful trip for us, who haven't done an all inclusive in nearly 30 years ! We were thrilled with the higher tech rooms, the food was superb (shoutout to Robinson in the Market Kitchen making omelettes and to Winston at the Sunset Bar). Dukes and Brass are amazing restaurants. The grounds area are lovely, so much to do for children of all ages, and an adult area, and the pools are very well maintained. The only problem we had was organizing transportation to and from the hotel with Season's Tours. Since we booked with Expedia, and not directly with the resort, we had to organize transportation ourselves. After 3 emails, and no response with Season's, we arrived in Punta Cana with no car ready for us. We weren't even on their list. Luckily I had screen shot the email and showed it to them and they honoured the price of Option 2 for us, but we got a beat up van to transport us to the resort. The hotel helped us get back, but charged us the high rate to return. So not really pleased there. "
