"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was initially expecting shared bathrooms or older rooms, but to the contrary, everything exceeded expectations. The room was spotless, the restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was excellent. A great overall experience!"

"It was a little challenging to find the place to check in for the cottage since it's not right next to the cottage itself. The cottage was quiet and had a full kitchen to make your own food or access to the restauant where we checked in."

"Well, our stay didn’t start off on the right note which was cause for some disappointment off the bat, but we soon overcame that. Our issue was that the hotel does not keep staff in the reception unless you call them to tell them you’re coming. I don’t know about you but if I book a hotel and I don’t show up, I’ll get charged.
