"Excellent choice all round! Tanya checked us into our accessibility room which was perfect. She was a delightful person full of knowledge where to eat nearby. Our room was spotless with every amenity needed to care for my 85 yo mother on her holiday away from the nursing home. It's next door to the ferry to the island and on the waterfront. Absolutely beautiful place. We will be back for a longer stay next year. Thanks Tanya for your joyful hospitality and care!"

"The it's more of a holiday park oriented toward families, than to 2 seniors travelling - it is what it is! We very enjoyed the Lakes area for both food and services. The Big4 was a little further out of the center than we would have preferred, for going for dinner in the evening. "

"Tired and really in need of refurbishment. Beds however were very comfortable. Quiet location. Microwave oven was disgustingly food splattered. I had to clean it before using it. Grounds and rotunda really nice. It was hot and we sat outside and ate our take away dinner. "
