"It's nice a clean place. You will find everything you need close by: daily shops, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. And most importantly the train station is right behind the house. Furthermore, there are so many bus stops all around the building. I enjoyed a nice view from the kitchen. The owner was very kind and friendly. Definitely, I warmly recommend everyone who wants to delight a nice stay in London. "

"Overall it was ok for one night but regarding the room condition nothing changed as per the last reviews. I was given a double bed room but actually it was two single beds and there was a big crack in the middle of the two single mattresses, I couldn't sleep whole night due to this, whole next day my back was hurting. Don't forget to lift the mattresses and you will be surprised to find that the bed base frame is actually broken and there were couple of wooden planks been put there to support...

"Firstly, we had two properties cancell on us, both booked thru VRBO, so I'll never use them again! Secondly, this particular property cancelled on us at 11.13 am on the day of our stay! We were already in London, having travelled down from Preston to see Guns N Roses. The cancellation left three of us knee deep in the mire, and completely wrecked our weekend. "I would not book through this company again! Accommodation we booked was not the same. Was at different location nothing like what we paid for, no private bathroom and 3 rd person bed came out of a wood garden shed and accommodation was disgusting!!! "

"We arrived at the property and it was dirty, in a poor location and NOT AT ALL as advertised. There is no roof top terrace (it's a balcony) and the building that is shown in the advertisement is NOT the one u will stay at. It is a random photo of a DIFFERENT property. We did not stay at this property. We got to the flat ....looked at the mounds of trash in front of the building and then more trash up on entering the building.......then went to the flat and found mold on the shower, and left over...

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Good quiet location, good facilities Parking can be a bit difficult depending on when you are arriving back home. I was working late night so parking was very limited when arriving back, but managed to park on the drive of the property. This could be best option to arrange to park there. "
