"The shower did not drain properly and when I informed the hotel, they brought me extra towels to soak up the floor and it appeared to be fixed the next day. The amenity soaps at the bathtub were empty and again, the front desk immediately brought us replacements. I found the front desk staff very efficient and courteous.
