"Oh how shocked I was! As a former Memphis native, I tend to stay midtown/downtown areas. I was in town with a cancelled flight for a very short overnight and booked this room, last minute, just to get some sleep before a very early morning. Wasn’t expecting much with the $100 price tag! MAN was I surprised. The hotel is just beautiful. I’ve stayed in $500 a night rooms that weren’t as nice as this. The staff went absolutely above and beyond at check in and made it one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in recent years. Don’t sleep on this Memphis gem! I know I will be back "

"The front desk clerk put us on the third floor. As we were entering the elevator I noticed the lights were flickering so we went to the other elevator they also were flickering. We informed the front desk clerk that flickering lights would trigger a seizure(my wife). So she put us on a ground floor room. Other than that everything was great!"
