"We had a magical two night stay. The upgraded room was beautiful, the morning breakfast crowded but very good and the pool though small so lovely. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels like a beautiful old world hotel in Victorian times. The corniche is a 30 minute walk and there are lots of affordable restaurants in the area. "

"Overall my stay at the Fairmont was good due to the staff and service. I did find the facilities quite tired and worn out, for example the wallpaper in our initially allocated room was peeling off, weird smell etc. The hotel could definitely do with a renovation as it’s clear it’s very old and needs a refresh. The staff were exceptional though, except for one colleague at the front of Mazaj (Lebanese restaurant) who was quite passive aggressive and rude, all were amazing. "
