"The check in was seamless with their self service system. It was pretty modern and convenient. The room is really small and i am surprised how they make the best out of such small space. I do not have any complaints it was actually a pretty cool and comfortable experience. Would definitely stay again. Did not get to interact a lot with staff as it was a short stay. "

"We stayed on New Year's Eve, so we expected check in to be busy with a lot going on in the city. There was a wedding happening at the hotel, so check in was busy, but the staff handled it well and it moved along at a good pace. The Seaport sent me a preregistration link, which was I loved because when it was our turn to check in, everything was ready and my card was already on file for the stay, so we just needed our keys. As usual, rooms were clean and the hotel is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints and we will definitely return."
