"Terrible experience, we booked this hotel around 11 pm. When we arrived there at 12am, no one on reception. We tried to enter everything we’re closed, we called a receptionist he advised us to communicate thru email tomorrow. Don’t recommend it."

"The restaurant at this hotel is wonderful! We arrived late, less than an hour before the restaurant closed and we ate on site for convenience. We were so glad we did! Excellent home cooked food and desserts. The hotel is older and charming. Had a slight issue when we checked in because the front desk staff does not hav access to the Expedia bookings, apparently only the manager, so they could not confirm my booking. "Excellent location in a very walkable area. Plenty of shopping and dining everywhere. Public transportation on retro streetcars nearby. The hotel staff is very nice and the room is cleaned every day. There is dining downstairs. This hotel is an excellent choice and very affordable. "

I was impressed with the quality and functionality of the pluming in the bathroom, the ventilation, the adjustable heat any time of the day, and the little refrigerator was a great addition to the quality of the stay. "It was great. We were greeted with live dancing and music. Rooms were comfortable. Showers were hot and cozy! Many choices for breakfast. Food was delicious. Reception was polite and helpful. 5 minutes from the center of the city. Great price too! Would recommend without hesitation!"
