"My wife and I just returned from a week-long stay at the Mazzaro sea Palace. We were captivated by everything about the resort, but most notably the superior quality of the staff. "We arrived at the hotel and realized there’s no AC in the rooms (there is but not for cold only heater), we also booked the hotel in part because we saw it has a roof top restaurant with great views and then found out we were not allowed because of a private event, the manager was helpful but very dry and short on words. Hotel is greatly located and in great condition, breakfast buffet is nice and rooms are very clean."
