"While we wished for weather that was slightly better, we still enjoyed every minute of our 3 days. The weather didn't stop us from using the Kayaks or trying to catch a crab or two. the yard was perfect for exercising the kids and the puppies. It was a short easy drive into town, for some shopping, eating and even a visit to a rum distillery. The wineries were all closed at the beginning of the week this time of year. "Overall the home is beautiful. There is a gorgeous mostly well stocked kitchen and 3 bedrooms with beds for couples. One of the king beds listed is a pull out couch in the pool house. The biggest con of this place is that there are no blackout curtains or anything to block the sun in the bedroom so for our June visit the rooms were very bright at 5:45AM. We also had to go out and buy some of our own things that you'd think would be included (garbage bags). Other than that its a beautiful home...

"If you are on the fence about whether to book the Historic Inns of Annapolis, go ahead and book it! We stayed at the Calvert House. The proximity to the waterfront area/shopping/restaurants and also the Naval Academy was excellent. We walked everywhere easily. The people at the Inn were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. It was clean and lovely. I highly recommend."
