Relaxing few days.. nice place should add more amenities though. Staff is great! Thank you Josh for all your help

It was a nice stay. We would have appreciated a little more time to check out on our last day - I asked for just an hour - and was told only 30 minutes - I was surprised.

We enjoyed the fireworks. I wish there were more hot tubs in each village as they were all full all of the time. Our room was average and it was very quiet where we were at. We stayed in the west village and my complaints would be that the hallway to our room was freezing cold. The room was dated and needs to be updated. There were stains all over the floor, the furniture was in need of updating as it was very worn and the tub was in need of replacing. We did not know where things were located and no communication on where to get things like play pass, tubes ect. It seemed that If you are not part of the timeshare you didn't matter. We had to ask for a map and the employee rolled her eyes. We will not stay here again.

Staff checking us in were fantastic! It was quick and easy. Room was very clean and nice. Great location for hitting all the parks as well as getting to great shopping options.

This is a nice, quiet, clean and convenient place to stay near Disney. It has plenty of room for a large family and more bathrooms than you could need! That said, the property is a bit tired and could use some updates and TLC.
