"This is the third stay at the hotel. Each stay was a minimum of one week. This stay was two weeks in duration. The front desk and cleaning staff are amazing. The front desk staff has worked very well with me despite the fact I only speak English. The beds are far more comfortable than other Japanese hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are always clean. New towels and water are provided daily along with a complete room cleaning every four days. There are coin laundry machines available."
