"Hotel style property, a little larger than I expected. A bit dated. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with futons. Overall the room was great, but the futons were the hardest, least comfortable of the trip. Meals however were excellent, and we very much enjoyed the outdoor baths."

And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly).
