"Only a very brief one night stay so didn’t get to see too much of the hotel apart from the room and reception. Receptionist was lovely and friendly and check in was good. Room was in a great condition, super clean and comfortable. Nice and central. Close to tram. NCP car park just across the road which is handy though mega expensive (£30 for the 15 hours I was there). "

"Stayed here with my husband we checked in online which was really easy we arrived at hotel early and got straight in the staff where fantastic and very helpful and very friendly it was close to the arena s and railway station the bedroom where lovely spacious and clean .The breakfast was lovely buffet style and tasted perfect would definitely stay again ."

"Nice and clean hotel room, bit noisy being city centre, windows are old and felt but dodgy, great central location and close to the shops, felt very safe with security on the door at night checking everyone was supposed to be there. Friendly staff who were very helpful. "

"The staff were all lovely and helped with a birthday package. The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The car park was relatively close, only a 5 minute walk. It took a while to get through to someone on the phone to talk about the birthday package but when i got through they were very helpful and gave me an email address to help with any information i needed. Will definitely stay there again"
