"I initially booked this hotel out of convenience. It was located near to both Haymarket Station and the Usher Hall. That was my main concern. I was totally amazed by the helpfulness, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the staff at the hotel. They were all outstanding! This was such a surprise to me as Id only expected a basic bed for the night. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was SO comfy. They provide an early check in and a late check out facility, which was ideal for my arrangements. I couldnt fault one thing about this hotel.
