We slept well in our room, which was clean except for the tv remote which had a crusty substance in a couple of places and so we cleaned it. The hallway on our floor (the 4th) was in desperate need of a vacuum. The main entry foyer was clean and in good repair. The front desk staff were generally pleasant.

When we arrived 3 cops cars were on site. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. Once you left the lobby it was very outdated. Hallways look like a college dorm with cement walls. All night people were in the hallway making noise and some drunk girl knocked on our door 4 times. Breakfast was ok. Needed gluten free options and nothing was marked so my husband couldn’t eat. Wouldn’t stay again

The staff here make the experience what it is. Although the rooms are a little older and the key cards regularly act up, the staff more than make up for it with their genuine caring. We had a prolonged stay with the hotel and the breakfast restaurant staff came to know our daughters specific morning order for food and would check with us if we wanted it upon arrival. The staff were always very accomodating with room cleaning and supplies. They even had little care packages made up for all the guest rooms for Christmas

Not sure why we didn't get our room cleaned for the one night. This shouldn't require a call, it should be done naturally. I've also left a shirt behind and the staff there all claimed it was missing and gone. But because of the lack of cleaning and proper hospitality, I don't think they were telling the truth. I feel like there could be some dishonesty workers.
