Relaxed surroundings and a quaint rural setting offer a memorable escape at Morgantis.
The heritage façade of the property is reminiscent of Daylesfords early settlers, drawn to the region during the gold rush in 1860.
In recent times, the magnificent English Oak tree at Morgantis has been given National Trust ' Significant Tree' classification. The tree has been identified as having considerable significance and an important part of Victoria's cultural heritage and should be preserved for the education and appreciation of future generations.
Beyond the original architecture, are more recent additions, a relaxed living and dining space that comfortably caters for 10 guests. The adjoining sunroom, infused with light is a prime position for a morning coffee, or lazy afternoons, bathed in sunlight.
A tranquil country setting provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor entertaining by the ornamental lake. Head outdoors for a game of Bocce, try your luck gold panning by the creek, or cook up a storm in the great outdoors by the pizza oven.
