"I rarely take the time to write reviews but I must say that the stay at the Grupotel Playa del Palma was simply exceptional. The grounds, facilities, and food were amazing. The breakfest buffet was the best I've ever had (and I've experienced plenty). The dinner buffet was equally impressive and a relative bargain. The pool and spa also very nice. We choose Mallorca for the hiking - which was also amazing. Wonderful resort; wonderful island!!"

"It was an ok stay. Nice view from the room. Easy access to transportation although we used mostly Ubers during our stay. There is a lovely strip about 4 minutes walk from the hotel that we didn’t discover till the night before we left so we spent the afternoon after checking out just walking along the beach. Was disappointed because we were assured we would be able to pay for late check out but they changed their tune the morning of which disrupted my plans so wasn’t a very happy girl on check...

"Property very clean, Staff freindly and go the extra mile, only downside there wasnt a restaurant open at the hotel but that could have been the end of season time. Value for money and would definitely return thanks"

"During check-in, it turned out that the employee was not able to correctly add up the amount due. I had to explain and show him twice where he made the mistake. Then it turned out that he couldn't scan my document. All of this delayed the process. During my stay, when I wanted to use the restaurant, it turned out to be impossible. At the reception, I was given different opening hours than those that were actually in effect. When I went to purchase a meal, I was told that it was already closed....

"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room is a great size, a few amenities such as fridge/ kettle would have helped improve the experience, but this hotel is great value for money."
