"We had an issue with our bathroom drain but the receptionist dealt within right away! He had it fixed as soon as they found out and they were very helpful. Their staff went above and beyond with the service they provide their guest. Will definitely recommend this place. "

"Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The sofa turned out as a comfy sofa bed for our adult son. The breakfasts cost a fortune, but I do highly recommend the Eggs Benedict, and you can ask for espresso. It's right in the middle of things, so there was street noise most of the night (we like to have the windows open)."

"I loved everything about the Hyatt! It's about 13 minutes from the airport. The staff was very friendly! The food and drinks were good! The whole design of the hotel is beautiful! I just didn't like the cost of parking was $26 per day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. A shuttle runs about every 20 minutes. The property is beautiful. Rooms was beautiful, clean. Nice and warm (December). We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and the food was great (and the staff). Anna makes a great Omelet. Maitre d Tomas, great! One nighter before heading to Barcelona and it was worth it.
